FluentForward is a consulting practice — I find and implement the one AI change worth making for small-to-mid-sized businesses, fixed scope, no lock-in. DemandSpark is the product I'm building alongside it. Most weeks there's also a very long swim in cold water, which turns out to have more in common with both of those than I expected.
